Proper Nutrition to increase your Height Diets

Proper nutrition is absolutely vital for a healthy body. Most people today fail to reach their maximum height due to poor nutrition. To get proper nutrition, it essential to follow a balanced diet plan. Consumption of essential nutrients provides the required stimulus for increasing the body height both naturally and medically. Apart from these points, including food items rich in zinc, manganese and phosphorus also contributes to your growth.

Here are a few tips that I have for you to increase your height:

  1. Don’t skip any meals
  2. Breakfast! Never forget to eat your breakfast as it is the most important meal of the day.
  3. Salt. Minimize your daily intake of salt as it can cause hypertension
  4. Avoid Soda Beverages as they just contain lots of sugar and have absolutely zero nutritional value
  5. Drink around 6 to 8 glasses of water to stay hydrated.
  6. Avoid donuts and other sweet treats as they have no nutritional value. I am not saying never eat sweets, as they are delicious but just once in awhile is fine.

Here is a list of natural foods that increase your height naturally:

  1. Eggs: They are the number one source of protein. Recommended to take 3-4 eggs daily to increase height. Note: The yellow yolk should not be consumed as it contains fat.
  2. Soybeans: as they contain a high amount of protein which improves bone and tissue mass.
  3. Milk: Have you ever seen your friends or classmates with broken legs or arms? The reason being is because they did not drink enough milk to create strong muscle mass.
  4. Chicken: Chicken provides lots of protein to build muscle and tissue mass.
  5. Beef: Beef also provides a great amount of protein.
